SUMMER

Villa Artic is located in a quiet area, out of traffic, but still close to the center. The panorama allows a breathtaking view of the Sassolungo, Catinaccio and Pordoi group. From here you can start for relaxing walks along the river and in the woods. You can also go for real excursions such as Val de Grepa, Val de Dona, Val Duron, etc … The area offers attractions for all tastes, from the numerous playgrounds and adventure parks for children, to sports centers, life paths and cycle paths. Here you can practice a multitude of sports in contact with nature: hiking, trekking, climbing, via ferratas, paragliding, MTB, horse riding, or simply enjoy nature while savoring the local gastronomy.

WINTER

The main winter attraction is undoubtedly skiing. The Col Rodella cable car is just 800 meters from the Residence. In front of the house there is a ski bus stop, this bus will take you directly in front of the cable car door. Col Rodella is an important connection point of the famous Sellaronda Ski tour. Novice skiers, can learn easily at the Col de Lin ski lift, which is only 100 m from home. If you like to Cross-country, than you can train at the track that hosts the famous Marcialonga race. You will have 70 km track between Val di Fassa and Fiemme to enjoy; the access is only 200 m from the Residence. If you like to enjoy the nature while Nordic walking or snowshoeing there are a lot of unique places for you.
